How to create animated gif image with Macromedia Flash 8? Why we still need gif image? Sometimes we like a website that contains some animated gif image, but if there are too many gif image or another image format, that website will be out of date website’s style, oh come on guys, this is web 2.0 era! It’s OK if you wanna make your website or blog become more attractive and interesting for visitors.
If you wanna create an animated image, flash animation is the best choice, because it’s very web 2.0 technology. But if you don’t want
wasting your diskspace, or if you didn’t have FTP access for your website, animated gif image is the alternative for this project, because we can host gif image easily in googlepages or another image hosting services,
just follow these easy steps:
1. After your image done, click File and select Publish settings

2. Check GIF image (.gif), uncheck another format on that option if you wanna create gif image only
3. Then click GIF option page (look at the picture) choose “animated” on Playback option, and you can set another options on that setting page.

4. Back to Formats tab, Click folder image on the right of “untitled-1.gif” box (look at the picture)

5. Choose the folder that you wanna save that project on “Select publish destination”
6. Done. It’s so easy guys, isn’t it?









good stuff, but i found some trouble when my animation more complex…do you have any trik to handle it?

sorry Phil, I think if your animation more complex, it can’t converted to gif perfectly, I don’t have any idea yet…
